Emerson Park, Centex Homes

A Neo traditional concept with large park spaces, a village green and tree lined mews are the backbone of this residential community  in the city of Apopka. A mixture of home types and styles have created a diverse but cohesive community. Architectural design standards were developed by the design team as a way of creating a strong visual presence. The focal point of the community is a large village green with a large community center that was designed to allow for events and outdoor recreation of all kinds. Emerson Park was fully master planned and designed by Daly Design Group.
