Tucked away in the natural setting of the Wekiva river protection area, this forty six lot community was designed around the natural beauty of the site. Three natural ponds were preserved along with mature trees and natural vegetation. Wildflower plantings were incorporated into the natural areas to create a stunning show of color over the beauty of the natural grass. The entrance was themed in the style of an old manor which matched the character of the surrounding properties and fit into the natural setting. Daly Design group was the lead planner and landscape architect for this luxury natural community.
